Mason Ghaniabadi is the President and Managing Broker of Spark Properties. As a developer/investor, Mason has completed over 15 projects since 2017. As a Broker, Mason has completed over 250 lease transactions and closed over 50 investment transactions.

James serves as Senior Property Manager, focusing on capital projects, leasing, and accounting. Before joining Spark Properties, he spent five years at Box Real Estate where he held roles as property manager and leasing agent; completing over 100 lease transactions as well as financial analyst for the Greens Country Club.
